How to make Matula tea?

Matula Tea Recipe for Acidity This herbal tea is perfect for treating acid reflux symptoms and stomach problems.
Constituents:
2 teaspoons dried Matula leaves (powder)
1 teaspoon honey (optional)
2 cups water
Directions:
- To make Matula tea, bring a pot of water to a boil.
- Add 1-2 teaspoons of dried Matula leaves (powder) to a tea infuser/teapot.
- Pour hot water over the mixture and let it steep for 4 to 5 minutes.
- Strain the powder/leaves and add honey or other natural sweetener if desired.
Notes:
Drink one cup of tea in the morning and one in the late afternoon or evening.
Do not boil water or use a microwave to reheat tea.
Do not consume liquids, probiotics, supplements, vitamins, or foods for one hour before or after drinking tea.
Matula Tea for H. pylori?
Many people claim that the active ingredients in this tea have the ability to neutralize H. pylori to a very high degree – eliminating over 90%. According to initial reports, this tea is effective in treating these common bacteria, although more research is needed.
What are matula tea side effects when I drink it?
Clinical tests have shown that Matula herbal tea is completely non-toxic to men and women (as well as horses, dogs, and cats). Tests have clearly shown that it is less toxic than the well-known and highly regarded Rooibos tea (see test reports on the website). Some of the matula tea side effects, namely bloating and nausea, but this happens in rare cases.
If side effects are severe, stop taking the tea for 3-4 days before resuming it.
It can take 2-8 weeks for H. pylori to clear from your body, and even longer in severe cases. Therefore, You should wait 30-45 days after finishing your tea regimen before getting tested again. HPSA or GI MAP tests cannot distinguish between dead, dying, and live H. pylori bacteria. Previous tests may give false positives or false negatives.
